Who We Are

We are a UK-based speciality pharmaceutical company. We operate in over 30 countries and are part of the STADA Arzneimittel AG group. We were founded in 1987 as a small, family-run business specialising in niche therapies.

One of our core products was developed in association with leading UK neurology centres and registered in the UK in 1994, and in the US in 2004. This product has been successfully introduced into over 30 countries globally, with more launches scheduled.

We are committed to combining research and development excellence with world-class patient care. Our four core values underpin this commitment, and reflect how each one of us goes about our work every day.

Meet Our Team

Tatjana Naranda, Ph.D President Atjana has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 2016. She joined us in 2005 as Director, Business Development, and held various senior executive positions including Vice President, Business Development and Global Alliance Management from 2013 to 2016.
Edwin Kamemoto, Ph.D Executive Vice President Edwin has served as Executive Vice President, R&D, Regulatory and Quality since 2015. He joined us in 2006 as Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs, and was promoted several times due to his outstanding performance, and to Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs in 2014.
Catherine McAuliffe Vice President, Operations Catherine has served as Vice President, Operations since 2015. She previously served as Executive Director, Operations from 2014 to 2015, as Senior Director, Operations from 2007 to 2014 and as Director, Operations from 2004 to 2007.
Stacy Palermini Vice President, Finance. Stacy has served as our Vice President, Finance and Corporate Secretary since 2015. She served as Executive Director, Finance from 2011 to 2015, as Senior Director, Finance from 2007 to 2011, as Director, Finance from 2005 to 2007, and as Controller from 2003 to 2005.
